Lindsay has a deep commitment to helping individuals heal through the transformative power of the human-horse connection. With over 8 years of clinical experience, Lindsay integrates traditional psychotherapy with experiential, evidence-informed practices to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges.

Lindsay offers individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a non-traditional outdoor setting, where horses serve as intuitive partners in the healing process. Her approach is client-centered, strength-based, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth often occurs outside the walls of a traditional therapy office. Lindsay is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can rediscover resilience and authenticity—guided by the wisdom of horses.
